Osler is a small town of roughly 1,300 residents about ten minutes north of Warman on Highway 11. It offers something Warman and Martensville largely do not — smaller-town character, older streetscapes, and often more house per dollar for buyers willing to trade a slightly longer commute.
Who moves to Osler
Osler attracts families who want extra yard, first-time buyers priced out of Warman new-builds, and long-time residents who like the community feel of a smaller centre. Prairie Spirit School Division runs Osler Elementary (K–8), and older students bus in to Warman High School.
Amenities
Osler has grocery, gas, restaurants, a community rink, and easy access to Highway 11 for commuting to Warman, Martensville, or Saskatoon. The town's small-business core has grown alongside the population over the last decade.

Osler's housing stock is a mix of older detached homes, newer subdivision infill, and a handful of acreages on the town's outskirts. Sales volumes are lower than Warman, which makes accurate pricing and patient marketing especially important.
